There can be multiple paragraphs as needed.  When you push return/enter, a new paragraph is formed (the spacing is updated correctly as needed).

Often the image to the left is of the person writing the article.  You should have access to all of those images.

Be sure to go into the HTML and edit the <a name="NAME"></a> code at the beginning of each article so that you can add the anchor tags to the Newsletter overview page.

In some articles there may be a list, that is shown below:

  1. This is a numbered list
  2. It can be as long as you want/need
  3. A new numbered line is created when you hit enter/return.  Hitting enter/return twice will end the numbered list

Article #3 (h2) - sometimes they don't have an author

This article is set up much the same way as the other articles, but includes a few separate sections indicated by larger header text as shown below.  Be sure to include some sort of introductory paragraph first.

Title of First Section

First point in this section

Detail information and explanation about the first point listed.

Second point of this section

The point above is emphasized by italics to catch the reader's eye.  It makes it easy for them to browse through the list to figure out if they want to read this part or not.  It should catch the reader's attention

3rd point of this section

There may be times when you want to include a bulleted list (as opposed to a numbered list shown earlier on this page (in article 2):

  • The bullets are automatically designed in the background of your site to be these arrows.
  • This will allow your site to be consistent throughout without.
  • As with a numbered list, a new line in the list can be created by hitting return/enter.  Hitting return/enter twice will end the list.

Detail information and explanation about the first point listed.

Second point of this section

Article #4 (h2)

Title of first section (h3)

This is a smaller section within the article itself.  It is separated to make it easily scannable.  Underneath the title, the information should be relevant to that section.  All of the sections within the article should still flow together to create one unified article.

Often there will probably be more than one paragraph within the section. You can use as many paragraphs in each section as needed. Just make sure that, if you are using the h3 tag, there is more than one section within the article.

Another smaller section in the article itself.  It is separated to make it easily scannable.  Underneath the title,the information should be relevant to that section.  All of the sections within the article should still flow together to create one unified article.

You can include links to other articles or relevant information on this site or other sites. Only include the most relevant words in the actual link. "Click here to learn more" is not very effective.
