This year I get holiday goosebumps about what our customers say about their level of satisfaction with Revionics. As a reminder, these results are based on their private responses to the independent third-party research team of Litchfield Research and RIS News. Revionics is a SaaS company, which means we work hard to continue earning customer loyalty each and every day – and these results validate our success in doing just that!
Some 704 survey responses came in from 298 different retailers selecting from among 99 vendors. I’m wowed by Revionics’ #3 ranking in the category “Specialty Vendor Leaders in Customer Satisfaction” – with a customer satisfaction score of 44.7 on a 50-point scale. That goes hand-in-hand with the “Leaders in Recommendation” category, where our customer satisfaction score of 4.3 (maximum score is 5) catapulted us to the #5 ranked position. And we’re also #6 in “Leaders in Recommendation by Tier One Retailers.”
We also came in among the top 10 in the categories of Customer Satisfaction for Grocery Vendors and Customer Satisfaction for Targeted Solution Vendors.
