Academy Sports + Outdoors Strikes the Right Balance in Retail Price Optimization with Revionics

Sporting goods and outdoor recreation retailer leverages Revionics’ base pricing and markdown solutions 

ALPHARETTA, Ga. — July 6, 2023 — Revionics, an Aptos Company and provider of retail pricing, promotion, markdown and advanced analytics solutions, announced today that Academy Sports + Outdoors, a leading full-line sporting goods and outdoor recreation retailer, will extend its use of Revionics’ pricing intelligence software. With a new multiyear agreement, Academy will leverage Revionics’ Base Price and Markdown solutions to continue to offer competitive pricing and optimally manage inventory levels throughout the product lifecycle.

Originally founded in 1938 as a family business in Texas, Academy has grown to 270 stores across 18 states.
